Continuity from Concept to Completion
At the outset, the scope, phases and indicative timelines are defined. NineHertz sets the pace, tracks the agreed schedule and initiates each next step.
From concept and statutory documentation to construction and final curation, NineHertz leads the project and coordinates everyone involved. The client participates in key decisions without having to manage the process.
At each phase, the client receives a clear overview of completed work, open questions and next steps. Decisions or circumstances that may affect the budget or schedule are highlighted in advance.

Through a call, enquiry or meeting, we get to know you, your situation, needs, wishes and vision.
During the initial meeting, we immediately connected over several inspirations and felt that they truly understood what we wanted.
Concept Design
We create the project vision—defining the programme and concept, then shaping the future space through sketches, scenes, associations and materials.
The concept brought all my ideas together into a clear whole, and the project grew into something I could never have imagined at the beginning—in the best possible way.
Design Development
Depending on the project, we prepare all documentation required for permits, construction and procurement, while coordinating the relevant consultants. You make the decisions; we manage the process.
I always knew which stage of development we were in and what I needed to decide or select. The entire process felt easy and stress-free—the team guided me through every step and took care of everything.
Construction
We oversee construction through design supervision, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and guide the project through to handover.
We visited the construction site occasionally and were immediately informed of every change—even unexpected situations—and everything was resolved straight away. The project was managed through to the final cleaning and move-in!
